COBERTURA<\/h4>\n<p>SZ Protection Plan\u2122 cubre los da\u00f1os f\u00edsicos accidentales de los productos SZ Filters elegibles durante el per\u00edodo de protecci\u00f3n activo.<\/p>\n<p>Los incidentes cubiertos pueden incluir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rotura accidental<\/li>\n<li>Grietas<\/li>\n<li>Da\u00f1os f\u00edsicos causados durante el uso normal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La cobertura solo se aplica a productos inscritos espec\u00edficamente en SZ Protection Plan\u2122 y enviados dentro de Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<h4>2. PER\u00cdODO DE COBERTURA<\/h4>\n<p>La cobertura permanece activa durante:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un (1) a\u00f1o desde la fecha de activaci\u00f3n de la protecci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los clientes pueden comprar SZ Protection Plan\u2122:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Durante el proceso de pago<br>o<\/li>\n<li>Dentro de los quince (15) d\u00edas posteriores a la fecha de compra original<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No se puede a\u00f1adir protecci\u00f3n una vez finalizado el per\u00edodo de elegibilidad de 15 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<h4>3. ELEGIBILIDAD<\/h4>\n<p>Actualmente, SZ Protection Plan\u2122 solo est\u00e1 disponible para pedidos elegibles enviados dentro de Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>Por el momento, los pedidos internacionales no son elegibles para la cobertura.<\/p>\n<p>SZ Filters se reserva el derecho de ampliar, modificar o dejar de ofrecer la cobertura en regiones espec\u00edficas en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n<h4>4. RECLAMACIONES APROBADAS<\/h4>\n<p>Las reclamaciones aprobadas reciben:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cr\u00e9dito en la tienda equivalente al valor aprobado del producto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El cr\u00e9dito en la tienda:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No es transferible<\/li>\n<li>No puede canjearse por dinero en efectivo<\/li>\n<li>Solo puede utilizarse en productos disponibles a trav\u00e9s de SZ Filters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5. QU\u00c9 NO EST\u00c1 CUBIERTO<\/h4>\n<p>SZ Protection Plan\u2122 no cubre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Productos perdidos o robados<\/li>\n<li>Da\u00f1os intencionales<\/li>\n<li>Da\u00f1os est\u00e9ticos que no afecten al funcionamiento<\/li>\n<li>Da\u00f1os causados por uso indebido, abuso o modificaciones no autorizadas<\/li>\n<li>Incendios, desastres naturales o eventos externos catastr\u00f3ficos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>6. PRESENTACI\u00d3N DE RECLAMACIONES<\/h4>\n<p>Para presentar una reclamaci\u00f3n, los clientes deben completar el formulario oficial y proporcionar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00famero de pedido<\/li>\n<li>Fotos del producto da\u00f1ado<\/li>\n<li>Descripci\u00f3n del incidente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El equipo de SZ Filters revisa las reclamaciones manualmente.<\/p>\n<p>Espera aproximadamente entre 48 y 72 horas h\u00e1biles para la revisi\u00f3n y respuesta de la reclamaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los clientes deben conservar el producto da\u00f1ado hasta que haya finalizado el proceso de revisi\u00f3n de la reclamaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>SZ Filters se reserva el derecho de solicitar fotos o informaci\u00f3n adicionales, o la devoluci\u00f3n del producto da\u00f1ado, para verificarlo.<\/p>\n<p>No proporcionar el producto da\u00f1ado cuando se solicite puede dar lugar al rechazo de la reclamaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>7. GASTOS DE ENV\u00cdO<\/h4>\n<p>Pueden aplicarse gastos de env\u00edo adicionales al utilizar cr\u00e9dito en la tienda para futuras compras.<\/p>\n<p>SZ Filters se reserva el derecho de determinar los gastos de env\u00edo asociados a cualquier pedido realizado con cr\u00e9dito en la tienda.<\/p>\n<h4>8. L\u00cdMITE DE COBERTURA<\/h4>\n<p>SZ Protection Plan\u2122 cubre una (1) reclamaci\u00f3n aprobada por producto protegido, salvo que se indique lo contrario.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez aprobada una reclamaci\u00f3n y emitido el cr\u00e9dito correspondiente en la tienda, la protecci\u00f3n de ese producto se considerar\u00e1 utilizada y la cobertura finalizar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente.<\/p>\n<h4>9. AMPLIACI\u00d3N DE LA PROTECCI\u00d3N<\/h4>\n<p>Se puede ofrecer a los clientes la oportunidad de ampliar su cobertura de protecci\u00f3n activa antes de la fecha de vencimiento.<\/p>\n<p>SZ Filters determina la elegibilidad, el precio y la disponibilidad de las ampliaciones, que pueden cambiar en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n<h4>10. MODIFICACIONES<\/h4>\n<p>SZ Filters se reserva el derecho de modificar, actualizar o dejar de ofrecer SZ Protection Plan\u2122 en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n<p>Las modificaciones no afectar\u00e1n a los planes de protecci\u00f3n activos comprados antes de la fecha de modificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>11.
