Returning a product is simple — just ship it back within 14 days using the carrier of your choice, as we don’t provide return shipping labels. Before sending it, please email us at help@szfilters.com with your order number and the tracking number of the shipment so we can follow up. Please pack the product carefully to avoid any damage, as refunds may be affected if it arrives in poor condition. Once the item is received and verified, we will process your refund shortly after.
If an order for in-stock items is placed and you would like to cancel it, please immediately let us know. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it as it may have already been shipped out in which case you would need to proceed with a return once it arrives. Similarly, if you would like make a change to your order, please let us know as soon as possible and if the package is still with us, we will be able to modify the shipment.
